BOOKING POLICIES

The following policies are designed to ensure a smooth, professional, and enjoyable experience for every client working with The Vision Studio.

DEPOSITS

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Dates are not officially reserved until the deposit has been received.

FINAL PAYMENT

The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot unless discussed otherwise beforehand.

RESCHEDULING

Clients are allowed one reschedule with at least 48 hours notice. Deposits will transfer to the new agreed date.

CANCELLATIONS

Deposits are non-refundable due to reserved scheduling, planning, and preparation time.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time for your session. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may lose shooting time to avoid delays with other bookings.

TURNAROUND TIME

Photo galleries are typically delivered within 7–14 business days. Video turnaround times vary depending on project scope and editing requirements.

RAW FILES

Raw and unedited images/videos are not included unless discussed and agreed upon prior to delivery.

CREATIVE DIRECTION

The Vision Studio maintains creative direction regarding editing style, posing guidance, image selection, and final delivery to ensure consistency with our brand and artistic vision.

WEATHER POLICY

Outdoor sessions impacted by severe weather may be rescheduled at no additional charge.

CONTENT USAGE

The Vision Studio reserves the right to use selected content for portfolio, website, and social media purposes unless otherwise requested by the client beforehand.
